In preparation for its 25th anniversary, MMTC updated its identity and branding package and relocated its Southeastern Michigan headquarters into a much larger, existing, commercial space.  

Despite a limited budget and time constraints, O|X Studio elevated the design of the new state-of-the-art office and training center beyond the base-level tenant fit-out provided by the developer. Relying on the new brand to guide the selection of colors, materials, surfaces and design elements, the renovated space is in line with MMTC’s spirit and innovative nature—reinforcing its quarter-century image for clients and employees.

The new headquarters includes five training rooms with state-of-the-art technology and conferencing capabilities; a mix of office spaces; a manufacturing simulation training space; two cafes with custom millwork, high-end appliances, and flexible seating options and an outdoor patio with lounge furniture and a gas grill.
