Jon Botorowicz

Jon has over 24 years of experience coordinating a wide range of projects at all phases of development.  He has a passion for designing and creating custom architectural fabrications and enjoys getting into the details that can make every project exceptional.  With his experience in construction, metalworking, and woodworking, he brings a unique perspective to the design and detail process.

 

As a project manager, Jon takes extreme pride in his ability to pay attention to detail and efficiently approach a project without compromising the highest standards of craftsmanship and accuracy.  He takes a practical approach to construction with a constant eye on controlling costs without diminishing quality until a project is completed to the client’s satisfaction.

 

Jon also has noteworthy experience working on projects with seismic and hurricane design considerations, floodplain and floodway design considerations, structural underpinning, historic adaptation & renovation, and large-scale retail developments with upscale amenities such as water features, glass observation elevators, and complex feature skylights.
